Case Study: Great-West Financial SAP BPC on HANA Journey

Follow Great-West Financial (GWF) SAP BPC on HANA journey. Review the driving force to move the budgeting process from SAP CO to SAP BPC. Look at the BPC schedulers’ and how they automated business requirements and driver driven calculations – including merit and benefits. Do a walk through of security roles, training and how GWF distributes templates to the users. Aileen TynanAileen Tynan has been with Great-West Financial for 27 years. She was on the original implementation of SAP in 2003 - focusing on CO and Fixed Assets. Her roles have included SR Manager Accounting Services - over seeing AP, FA, payroll and Corporate Expenses and then in the FP&A organization - dealing mainly with Corporate Expense for internal and external reporting. After implementing BPC in 2017 she is now the administrator for the systems and is also the SAP support person for CO and lead for the SAP Delivery Value Stream.
