Welcome Reception
Help us kick off Controlling 2019 at the Welcome Reception. As the official Welcome Reception Sponsor your company will be featured prominently as the sponsor of the reception the first evening of the conference. Your corporate logo will be included on all Welcome Reception signage, event napkins, and promotional descriptions. You are invited to take a few moments and welcome attendees to the conference and place company marketing materials within the reception area. Make a great first impression with attendees as we celebrate their arrival at Controlling 2019.
Program Guide
Put your company front and center by sponsoring the program guide. Each participant receives a program guide when they arrive onsite for the conference and the guide serves as a resource through the event. The program guide sponsor will have the back cover of the program guide and the inside front cover ads of their choice. All artwork must be submitted by June 15, 2019 and is subject to the approval of the Controlling 2019 management team.
Controlling 2019 Signage
Put your company's name front and center at Controlling 2019. The signage sponsorship includes a step and repeat backdrop with your logo and the Controlling 2019 logo. All official conference videos and interviews will take place in front of the step and repeat for post-conference marketing. Sponsor logo will also be included on electronic signage, in addition to room individual room and keynote signage.
Plated or Buffet Networking Lunch
Take this opportunity to network with attendees in a comfortable setting. Reach attendees with a plated or buffet lunch sponsored by your company. Your corporate logo will be included on all lunch signage and promotional descriptions. You are invited to take a few moments and welcome attendees to the lunch and place company marketing materials within the lunchroom area.

Conference Bag
Make a strong first impression on attendees when they register for the conference and receive their official conference bag. Bags are distributed to all attendees and branded with “conference bag sponsored by” text and sponsor logo and will accompany the Controlling 2019 logo.

Lanyards
Lanyards and badge holders are a must have at Controlling 2019 and will be required to attend all official conference functions. Hang your company name and logo on all Controlling 2019 attendees. Your company logo will accompany the Controlling 2019 logo on the conference lanyards and will be distributed at registration.
Conference Notebook
Put your name front and center in the conference notebook. The notebook includes all session evaluations and room for note taking. Includes a branded pen in each attendee conference bag.

Exhibitor Passport Sponsor
Take an opportunity to brand your company on the Controlling 2019 exhibitor passport. Every conference participant will have the opportunity to visit every exhibitor and collect a stamp. Once their passport is complete, participants will be entered in a drawing for prizes. As exhibitor passport sponsor, you will have the opportunity to provide the prizes and give them away at the closing session of the conference.
