Program Guide

Put your company front and centre by sponsoring the program guide. Each participant receives a program guide when they arrive onsite for the conference and the guide serves as a resource through the event. The program guide sponsor will have the back cover of the program guide and the inside front cover ads of their choice. All artwork must be submitted by June 15 2022 and is subject to the approval of the Controlling management team.

Controlling 2022 Signage

Put your company's name front and centre at Controlling 2022. The signage sponsorship includes a step and repeat backdrop with your logo and the Controlling 2022 logo. All official conference videos and interviews will take place in front of the step and repeat for post-conference marketing. The sponsor logo will also be included on electronic signage, in addition to room individual room and keynote signage.

Plated or Buffet Networking Lunch

Take this opportunity to network with attendees in a comfortable setting. Reach attendees with a plated or buffet lunch sponsored by your company. Your corporate logo will be included in all lunch signage and promotional descriptions. You are invited to take a few moments and welcome attendees to the lunch and place company marketing materials within the lunchroom area.

Water Station and Waterbottle

Help attendees keep hydrated and refreshed at Controlling 2022 with a fruit-infused water station and an attractive water bottle branded with your company logo. Each full-conference attendee receives this long-lasting giveaway in their official conference bag. Attendees can fill their bottles at multiple Hydration Stations branded with your corporate logo and located throughout the conference area

Conference Wifi provides an excellent opportunity to reach every participant. Conference wifi sponsorship includes a splash page that each participant will see after they log in.
