Jacqueline (Jackie) Ogburn is an SAP Finance and Controlling professional and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She began her career in public accounting before moving into cost and financial accounting roles in industry, building a strong foundation in operational finance.

Jackie has led SAP projects spanning SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation, product costing, financial reporting, and cost center accounting. She bridges technical and functional perspectives to help organizations improve reporting clarity, process efficiency, and business outcomes.

As founder of First Light Ascent Advisory, Jackie guides organizations through business process improvements and reporting optimization within their ERP systems. She is also an associate of the ERPfixers network.
